We’re back…
…from a non-commercial break called summer vacation, and heading towards a new busy and exciting season! Besides the last 10 Unknown Soldier shows at the Finnish National Theatre and the Mental Finland tour (both see below) Kristian Smeds’ work will also be shown at the Nordwind Festival in Berlin. The two Smeds Nights on 2nd and 3rd of October include Sad Songs from the Heart of Europe, a brilliant monologue performance based on Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment, The Wanderer by Kristian Smeds’ and the Houkka Brothers as well as a special film version of The Unknown Soldier. The kick-off of the new season is already on 30th August when God is beauty opens the Homo Novus Festival in Riga. Right after that we’ll continue to work on the Cherry Orchard project in Vilnius…and perhaps soon elsewhere, too. Stay tuned!
